To join, collect your loyalty card at the reception desk. It can be used immediately.

You must present your loyalty card at reception to receive a stamp.  By presenting your loyalty card at payment, we will stamp and record the value of your session. After 5 sessions, 5% of the accumulated value on the card will be allocated as credit.  This card is only valid for Myotherapy and Remedial Massage.  One card cannot be shared between clients.

If your loyalty card has been lost or stolen, You must notify us via email at admin@hybridphysio.com.au or by calling us on 07 3190 9747 You can ask for a replacement card at the clinic and request that Your credit balance be transferred to your replacement card.
